Today Jumlah Kalori

Pagi

8:00 am - Nescafe instant - 100 & biscuit/Roti - 100 = 200 Kalori

13:00am - Kek - 200 Kalori & Buah anggur 100 = 300 Kalori

Air kosong - 2 ltr
Herbalife Shake - 300 Kalori


Jumlah Kalori - 800 Kalori

Jogging 1 jam - 500 Kalori

Kalori per day - 1300
800 - 500 = 300 Kalori
