8:00am - Kerepek malinja + cekodok pisang (5 ketul) - 100 kalori

           - Air kosong 1 liter

1:00tgh - Mee sup - 380 kalori
roti + kari 1 keping - 100 kalori

malam

8:00pm - apple 1 - biji - 70 kalori

Kalori for today - 800 kalori

Buat masa ni Berat Badan - 68kg
