Alhamdulillah dah turun 1 kg dr 68 ke 67 kg.. cuba lagi uji..

Pagi

Herbalife shake + susu - 200 Kalori
Air kosong + teamix - 1 ltr
Kuih bom & popia 2 - 200 Kalori
Tea tarik 1 gelas - 100 Kalori

Lunch
Noodles + mee - 400 Kalori
Kuih chekodok - 100 Kalori

Jumlah Kalori - 1000 Kalori
