07:00 - Herbalife + Chocolate + susu low colestrol - 300 Kalori

08:00 - Air kosong + tea mix - 1 liter

13:00 - Nasi 1/2 + Ikan Keli bakar + kubis/kacang pjg goreng + sotong goreng = 450 Kalori
          - teh o ais limau - 50 Kalori

Jumlah Kalori - 800 Kalori
