                  1/2 Mee Goreng + Paru2 - 400 Kalori

10:00 am - Air kosong + Tea-Mix - 1 liter

13:00 pm - Tembikai + betik - 100 Kalori
               - Teo o ais limau - 100 kalori

Jumlah Kalori - 920 Kalori
