Breakfast

6:00 am - Herbalife Shake + pisang + apple - 250 Kalori
Air + Tea Mix - 350 Ml

9:00 am - 1 pcs Karipap - 100 Kalori
               1/4 Kue Teau -   200 Kalori
                1 tea o          -     80 Kalori
                1 pcs sosej    -    80 Kalori

1:00pm - Sotong goreng tepung - 600 Kalori
             -segenggam nasi - 70 Kalori
             - Sayur kacang + bakoli - 100 Kalori

Jumlah Kalori - 1470 Kalori...uwaaaaaa.. kena skipping petang ni..
