last friday timbang di club - 6.7 kg (tiada perubahan), so minggu ini wa kena start balik diet..

lunch

1 biji apple
kerepek

dinner
1/2 pinggan nasi
1/4 sayur batang keladi
1/4 sambal tumis ikan bilis + petai
1 potong nenas masak peceri
1 liter air
1 keping popia goreng pedas
